This diverse background gives her a broad legal perspective, allowing her strategic defenses tailored to her clients.  Before immigrating to the United States she worked as a criminal defense attorney in Colombia. In Florida, she worked as assistant of the public defender in the 18th Judicial Circuit and assisted clients facing criminal charges with an immigration hold. Mrs. Rodriguez concentrates her private practice in the States in hispanic non-U.S. citizens facing criminal charges with possible immigration consequences. In Colombia, represents American citizens facing serious criminal charges in Colombia's judicial system. Mrs. Rodriguez is a proud alumna of Professor Bruce Jacob, who was a party to the Gideon v. Wainwright case, today, is the sixth amendment to the United States Constitution "right to counsel". Aside from her experience in the criminal field, she worked for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). She is fully bilingual.

   Irene Pons, Esq.

Mrs. Pons is a licensed American Attorney. She was admitted for the Supreme Court of the Florida in the United States to practice law since 2007.  Dr. Pons has been a professor at the department of Legal Studies of University of Central Florida during last  years.  

Attorney Pons Meyers primary interests include: Florida family Law, United States Immigration Law and Adoption Law. She is confident and aggressive in her representation strategy, always keeping her clients’ best interests at heart. She is very committed to community outreach and she worked as one of the Mexican Consulate Attorneys. Mrs. Rios retired after 20 years working for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (U.S.C.I.S). She has been an immigration case manager. Laura's experience and professionalism have helped people navigate the immigration system. Her extensive experience includes family visas, naturalization, deportation cases, waivers, nonimmigrant visa asylum, and a broad understanding and background in the U.S. immigration system and policies. Her years of experience as a former immigration officer make her a high-profile immigration case manager. 

Officer Rios is fully bilingual in Spanish and English and a proud former U.S. military officer.

Luis LLoreda

Mr. Lloreda has been a criminal trial attorney since 2006. He represents foreign citizens facing criminal accusations and victims of crimes in Colombia. Dr. Lloreda has been a public defender and he has litigated cases ranging from murder, negligent homicide, sexual offenses, scheme fraud, mail and wire fraud, money laundering, trafficking, possession, narcotics, extortion, kidnapping, white collar, grant theft, identity theft.  Dr. Lloreda's private practice is focused on crimes where a foreign citizen is involved. As a criminal trial attorney for more than 18 years, his knowledge, skills, and proficiency makes him a high profile attorney. Mauricio Ceballos

Mr. Ceballos is a Former Colombian prosecutor. Dr. Ceballos worked in local and sectional units of the Attorney General's Office in Colombia. As a prosecutor he led the exercise of criminal action in crimes of national significance such as homicides, sexual crimes, drug trafficking, computer crimes, crimes against public administration or white collar crimes, crimes against economic assets, among others. Dr. Ceballos is trained in ethical principles and values, capable of providing solutions to all types of legal problems raised in the management of judicial processes. Since 2008 he has dedicated himself to litigation in the criminal area, exercising not only the defense of national or foreign citizens accused of crimes committed in Colombian territory, but also as a representative of victims. His experience as a litigating lawyer in the criminal area for more than 16 years makes him a high-profile lawyer which has allowed him to take cases before the superior district courts and the Supreme Court of Justice of Colombia in the Criminal Chamber.
